① Contact

Please start by contacting me through the inquiry form. I'll ask about the purpose of your character design project, your ideas, and the image you'd like to create.

Examples include:

• University or school mascots
• Regional PR characters
• Corporate mascots
• Event mascots

Feel free to get in touch, whatever your project may be.

② Consaltation

During the consultation, we'll discuss the concept and intended purpose of your character.

Together, we'll define the direction of the design by discussing:

• The character's concept and theme
• The target audience
• Planned applications (such as merchandise, marketing materials, or promotional use)

③ Character Design

After your order is confirmed, I will develop character design concepts based on the information gathered during our consultation. By reviewing the initial sketches together, we'll refine the design and ensure it aligns with your vision before moving on to the final artwork.

④ Feedback & Refinement

Using the initial concept as a starting point, I'll make revisions based on your feedback. Expressions, poses, and other details will be carefully refined until the character is ready for final delivery.

⑤ Final Delivery

After the character design is finalized, you'll receive the completed artwork in the file formats best suited to your project, whether for print, web, merchandise, or other applications.

⑥ After-Sales Support

Support doesn't end with delivery. I'm happy to help you make the most of your character long after the project is complete.

Examples include:

• Creating additional poses
• Designing new facial expressions
• Expanding into merchandise
• Supporting promotional and PR activities
